For years I told myself I wasn't creative. If something didn't come out right first time, that was my proof - so I'd stop, and find a reason not to come back to it.
What I've learned since is that I don't create from nothing, and I don't need to. I need an intention, A feeling, A reason, and it grows from there. knot by knot, stitch by stitch.
Working with my hands is how I get out of my head.
The logistics, the planning, the noise - it all falls away, and I drop into something quieter. It's meditative. It brings me a kind of peace I don't find many other places.

unspoken range
Each piece pairs a dry, witty quote on the outside with a tender, hidden message held inside, just for her.
There's a lot we don't say out loud and there is a lot said to us which shouldn't be. The things that feel too tender for conversation. Unspoken Words holds both sides of that...
something that makes you smile, and underneath it, something that means more. Once it's been said, it can be planted, and it grows into something new.

intentional macramé
Macramé and macraweave pieces, each one carrying its own energy, story, texture and colour.
knotted with intention from the very first thread.
Some pieces are made small and personal - perfect as gifts, or to mark a retreat, a gathering, a moment shared with others.
Others are made bigger, designed to celebrate a stunning space and hold their own presence within it. Whatever the size, every piece is knotted the same way: with intention.
rug
weaving
Rugs and sit mats woven from repurposed fabric - old curtains, duvet covers, whatever's found its way to me from a charity shop rail.
There's something deeply personal about giving second-hand fabric a new life.
A rug can be a beautiful welcome, the first thing that greets you at an entrance, But it can also be something quieter: a sit mat reserved for the moments that matter, self-care, stillness, connection.
However you use it, it's there to support you in something special.

basket
weaving
To some, a basket is just storage. For me, it's about creating a container for what we need to hold onto. Watch this space.

held space for creative wellbeing
i'm currently training as a Certified Art Life Coach, but for me, I see myself more as a guide.
i am shaping space for others in the same way making has always held space for me.
soon, I'll be opening up 1:1 sessions and small group circles, using creative process as the way in - to reflection, to stillness, to connection with the people sat beside you.
no art experience needed and no pressure for anything to look a particular way.
just space to be, and to make.
if this sounds like a space you need right now, please register below to stay updated with upcoming gatherings and 1:1 sessions.
